Manulife ID is a single, secure username and password that gives you access to everything Manulife, including SecureServe® and Manulife Vitality Customer Portal.
After you create your Manulife ID, you’ll connect it to your SecureServe account and other Manulife products. It will replace the usernames and passwords you currently use for those accounts, and you’ll start using your Manulife ID to sign into those accounts.

Click on your Name and then on the drop down, click on "PAYMENTS". Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Statement of Annual Premium Confirmation.
Log in then click on your Name in the top bar on the right. In the drop down, click on "SEND A NOTE". Here you can send us a note asking to change your language of preference.
